I put a seed in the ground.
私は種を地面に埋めた。
It was small and brown.
小さくて茶色だった。
I covered it with dirt.
土をかぶせた。
Then I waited.
それから待った。
I watered it every day.
毎日水をやった。
I checked the pot each morning.
毎朝、鉢を確認した。
Nothing changed for a week.
一週間、何も変わらなかった。
I felt a little impatience.
ちょっと焦りを感じた。
But I kept going.
でも続けた。
On the tenth day, a tiny green tip appeared.
十日目に、小さな緑の先っぽが出た。
I smiled at the small sign of life.
小さな命のしるしに微笑んだ。
I learned that growth takes time.
成長には時間がかかると学んだ。
