I watched my little cousin draw a tree.

The tree was purple and had no leaves.

I asked, 'Why is it purple?'

That simple answer taught me something.

We always follow rules at work.

But children see the world differently.

They choose what makes them happy.

In tech, we need new ideas.
テクノロジーでは新しいアイデアが必要だ。
In healthcare, we need care.
医療では思いやりが必要だ。
Maybe we should listen to children more.
もしかしたら、私たちはもっと子どもの話を聞くべきだ。
Their eyes see what we miss.
彼らの目は私たちが見逃すものを見る。
