I added, "Anything else on your mind?"
Eu acrescentei: "Mais alguma coisa em mente?"
She said no, but thanked me warmly.
Ela disse que não, mas agradeceu com carinho.
I replied, "Thanks for your patience."
Eu respondi: "Obrigado pela sua paciência."
That small check made a big difference.
Essa pequena verificação fez uma grande diferença.
