Yesterday I helped a patient who was very nervous.

She had to get a small procedure done.

Her hands were shaking, and she looked pale.

I sat down next to her and spoke softly.
ฉันนั่งลงข้างๆ เธอและพูดด้วยน้ำเสียงเบา
I said, "It is normal to feel nervous."

She took a deep breath and nodded.

I told her, "I will talk you through every step."

She asked, "Will it hurt?"

I answered honestly and calmly.

I said, "You might feel some pressure."

I added, "Tell me if anything feels wrong."

She held my hand during the procedure.
