I moved here last month with two bags.
나는 지난달에 가방 두 개만 들고 이사 왔어.
The streets are new, and the faces are new.
거리도 낯설고, 사람들 얼굴도 낯설어.
I left my old job in healthcare behind.
나는 의료 분야의 옛 직장을 뒤로하고 왔어.
Now I work in a small tech office.
지금은 작은 기술 회사에서 일해.
Every day, I learn a new name.
매일 새로운 이름을 하나씩 배워.
Some days, I feel like a stranger.
어떤 날은 내가 이방인 같아.
But the city lights are warm tonight.
하지만 오늘 밤 도시의 불빛은 따뜻해.
I made tea, and I called my mom.
차를 끓이고 엄마에게 전화했어.
She said, 'You are brave.'
엄마가 말했어. '넌 용감하구나.'
I am not sure about brave.
용감한지 잘 모르겠어.
But I am still here, trying.
하지만 나는 여기 있어, 계속 노력해.
Tomorrow, I will buy a plant.
내일 나는 화분 하나를 살 거야.
