After the visit, I thought about how I explained things.

I said the three things to remember are rest, water, and medicine.

I kept it short and clear.

Then I added, if you notice fever, call us.
然后我加了一句，如果发烧，打电话给我们。
I asked, shall I write that down for you?
我问，要我帮你写下来吗？
She nodded, so I wrote it on a card.
她点头，所以我把要点写在卡片上。
That made me feel confident.
这让我感到有信心。
Clear words help people act right.
清晰的话能帮助人做对事。
Next time, I will still ask that question.
下次我还会问那个问题。
Everyone can forget, so writing helps.
