I sit with my cup of tea.
मैं अपने चाय के कप के साथ बैठता हूँ।
The cup is warm in my hands.
कप मेरे हाथों में गर्म है।
My friend sits across from me.
मेरा दोस्त मेरे सामने बैठा है।
She does not look at her phone.
वह अपने फोन को नहीं देखती।
Her eyes stay on my face.
उसकी आँखें मेरे चेहरे पर रहती हैं।
I talk about my day slowly.
मैं अपने दिन के बारे में धीरे-धीरे बात करता हूँ।
She nods and waits for me.
वह सिर हिलाती है और मेरा इंतज़ार करती है।
I feel safe to say anything.
मुझे कुछ भी कहने में सुरक्षित महसूस होता है।
The tea gets cold, but I don't care.
