I used to say yes to everything.
Solía decir que sí a todo.
I wanted to be a good person.
Quería ser una buena persona.
But I felt tired and empty inside.
Pero me sentía cansado y vacío por dentro.
Saying yes to others meant saying no to me.
Decir sí a los otros significaba decirme no a mí.
Now I am learning a new way.
Ahora estoy aprendiendo un nuevo camino.
I can say no with love.
Puedo decir no con amor.
No does not mean I am cold.
No no significa que sea frío.
It means I respect my time.
Significa que respeto mi tiempo.
It means I am honest with you.
Significa que soy honesto contigo.
A kind no is better than a bitter yes.
Un no amable es mejor que un sí amargo.
Today I said no to a friend.
Hoy le dije no a un amigo.
I said it softly and clearly.
Lo dije suave y claro.
