I remember my first code review at work.
仕事で初めてコードレビューをした時のことを覚えています。
I was nervous about sharing my code.
自分のコードを見せるのが不安でした。
My teammate asked, "What do you think about this part?"
同僚が「この部分どう思う？」と聞いてきました。
At first, I felt a little hurt.
最初は少し傷つきました。
But I saw it was just a suggestion.
でも、それはただの提案だと気づきました。
I took a deep breath and listened.
深呼吸して、話を聞きました。
She said, "One small suggestion here."
彼女は「ここに小さな提案があります」と言いました。
I saw her point immediately.
彼女の言いたいことがすぐにわかりました。
I replied, "Good call, let me fix that."
私は「いい指摘だね、直すよ」と答えました。
The tension faded away.
緊張が和らぎました。
Now I ask the same question.
今では私も同じ質問をします。
