Each item feels like a small promise.

I pack my email notes and work files.

My health card goes in the side pocket.
我的医保卡放在侧袋里。
I think about the new clinic I will visit.
我想着将来要去的新诊所。
Change makes my heart beat fast.
变化让我的心跳加快。
But it also makes my mind sharp.
但也让我的头脑更清醒。
I zip the bag and lift it up.
我拉上拉链，把包提起来。
It feels heavy with all my hopes.
它沉甸甸的，装满了我所有的希望。
I am ready to step out the door.
我准备好迈出家门了。
