Last week I led our project kickoff meeting.
지난주에 나는 프로젝트 킥오프 회의를 이끌었어요.
Everyone looked tired and a bit lost.
모두가 피곤하고 조금 혼란스러워 보였어요.
I started by saying, 'The one thing we want to achieve is a smooth launch.'
나는 '우리가 이루고 싶은 한 가지는 순조로운 출시입니다'라고 말하며 시작했어요.
Then I asked, 'By the end, success looks like what?'
그리고 나는 '결국 성공은 어떤 모습일까요?'라고 물었어요.
People started sharing their ideas.
사람들이 자신의 아이디어를 말하기 시작했어요.
But I noticed a mistake from last month.
그런데 지난달의 실수가 떠올랐어요.
I admitted, 'I forgot to assign clear owners then.'
나는 '그때 명확한 담당자를 정하지 못했어요'라고 인정했어요.
I asked, 'Who owns what this time?'
나는 '이번에는 누가 무엇을 담당할까요?'라고 물었어요.
We wrote each task next to a name.
우리는 각 업무 옆에 이름을 적었어요.
The room felt more focused after that.
그 후 회의실 분위기가 더 집중된 느낌이었어요.
By the end, everyone knew their role.
회의가 끝날 무렵, 모두가 자신의 역할을 알았어요.
Being honest about my mistake helped us.
내 실수를 솔직하게 말한 것이 도움이 됐어요.
