A new teammate joined our project last week.
새로운 팀원이 지난주 우리 프로젝트에 합류했어요.
I offered to walk them through our main feature.
주요 기능을 제가 설명해 주겠다고 했죠.
They seemed a bit lost at first.
처음엔 조금 막막해 보였어요.
I said, "The easiest way to think about it is a bridge."
제가 말했죠, "가장 쉽게 생각하면 다리 같은 거예요."
Then I shared my screen and started explaining.
그리고 화면을 공유하며 설명하기 시작했어요.
"So when a user does this," I pointed, "that button lights up."
"사용자가 이렇게 하면요," 제가 가리키며, "저 버튼에 불이 들어와요."
Their eyes brightened as they understood.
그들이 이해하면서 눈빛이 밝아졌어요.
I added, "Let me show you a real-time example now."
제가 덧붙였죠, "이제 실시간 예시를 보여드릴게요."
We clicked through some steps together.
우리는 함께 몇 단계를 클릭해봤어요.
It felt good to clarify things for them.
그들에게 명확하게 설명해주니 기분이 좋았어요.
I saw their confidence grow immediately.
그들의 자신감이 바로 커지는 것을 봤어요.
It's rewarding to help someone get started.
누군가 시작하도록 돕는 건 보람 있는 일이에요.
