Yesterday we had a talk about a bug.

My coworker said it was a big problem.

I felt it was not so serious.
我觉得它没那么严重。
At first, I felt a bit stuck.

Then I said: 'Help me see your view.'

She explained how it hurt our users.

I saw that side more clearly then.

From the user side, it feels bad.

So I asked: 'Shall we call it a middle priority?'

She agreed right away.
她立刻同意了。
We found common ground quickly.
我们很快找到了共识。
That talk made our team stronger.
