Tonight I feel a small fear in my chest.
Esta noite sinto um medo pequeno no peito.
It is the fear before I try again.
É o medo antes de tentar de novo.
Last time I failed, and it still stings.
Da última vez falhei, e ainda arde.
But I notice something new tonight.
Mas noto algo novo esta noite.
This fear is not as big as before.
Este medo não é tão grande como antes.
It is just a small push in my belly.
É só um empurrãozinho na barriga.
It reminds me that I still care.
Lembra-me que ainda me importo.
If I did not care, I would not fear.
Se não me importasse, não teria medo.
So I will walk toward that fear tomorrow.
Então amanhã caminharei na direção desse medo.
I will open the door and say hello.
Vou abrir a porta e dizer olá.
One step is enough to begin.
Um passo é suficiente para começar.
I am not the same person as last time.
