I said, 'He has real strengths.'

Then I added, 'We need to work on focus.'
Depois acrescentei: 'Precisamos de trabalhar a concentração.'
The parent looked a bit worried.
O pai parecia um pouco preocupado.
I said, 'We are on the same team here.'
Eu disse: 'Estamos na mesma equipa aqui.'
That helped to ease the tension.
Isso ajudou a aliviar a tensão.
I suggested, 'At home, it might help to...'
Sugeri: 'Em casa, pode ajudar...'

We left with a simple plan.
