I used to look at other people's lives.
昔は他の人の人生を見ていた。
I felt small and not good enough.
自分は小さくて、十分じゃないと感じた。
Then one day I got tired of it.

I put my phone down and went outside.
スマホを置いて外に出た。
I saw a tree growing by itself.
一本の木が一人で育っているのを見た。
It did not compare itself to other trees.
その木は他の木と比べていなかった。
I learned something that day.
その日、何かを学んだ。
I can grow at my own speed.
自分のペースで成長していいんだ。
I do not need to be like anyone else.
誰かのようになる必要はない。
Now I look at my own path.
今は自分の道を見ている。
I feel lighter and more free.
軽くなって、もっと自由に感じる。
That day changed how I live.
