I stand on the platform.
Nakatayo ako sa platform.
The train is about to leave.
Malapit nang umalis ang tren.
I hug my friend one last time.

I feel sad but also hopeful.

Goodbyes are hard for me.

The whistle blows loud.

I wave as the train moves.
