I kept a hard secret.
My mind felt very full.
My head was very busy.
I worried about saying it.
I thought about speaking.
The right words were hard.
Finding words was tough.
Then I decided to speak.
I chose to share it.
The words came out easily.
I spoke clearly then.
My shoulders dropped instantly.
My body felt lighter.
A heavy load was gone.
The big burden left.
The room felt brighter around me.
My space seemed clearer.
I saw things clearly now.
I understood better.
Honesty was the best path.
Truth was my best way.
I can sleep well tonight.
Tonight, I will rest.
