Politely Sharing a Different View in a Meeting

We had a team meeting.

Alex showed a new project plan.

Most of it looked good.

One part needed change.

I thought about my view.

I said, "I see it a little differently."

"Have we considered option B?"

Alex listened to my words.

They said, "Fair point, but B costs more."

I replied, "I am not sure that works."

"The budget is very tight."

We talked and found a new path.
