My teammate shared a new feature idea.
May bagong ideya sa feature ang kasama ko.
It was a really creative suggestion.
Talagang malikhain ang mungkahi niya.
I told them I love the thinking behind this.
Sinabi ko na gusto ko ang pag-iisip sa likod nito.
But our current project has tight deadlines.
Pero mahigpit ang deadline ng proyekto namin.
I explained, "Right now our focus is on stability."
Paliwanag ko, "Sa ngayon, focus namin ang stability."
We need to ensure everything runs smoothly first.
Kailangan muna gumana ang lahat nang maayos.
I asked, "Can we revisit it next quarter?"
Tanong ko, "Pwede ba nating balikan ito next quarter?"
This way, we keep good ideas for later.
Sa ganito, naitatabi namin ang magagandang ideya.
They understood our team's priorities.
Naunawaan niya ang priorities ng team namin.
It felt good to keep the conversation positive.
Masarap sa pakiramdam na positive ang usapan.
We can always build on great concepts.
Palagi nating pwedeng pagbutihin ang magagandang ideya.
