Two teammates had a big disagreement today.
วันนี้เพื่อนร่วมงานสองคนไม่ลงรอยกันใหญ่เลย
One wanted to ship Friday; the other wanted Monday.
คนหนึ่งอยากส่งวันศุกร์ อีกคนอยากส่งวันจันทร์
They both looked at me for an answer.
ทั้งคู่มองมาที่ฉันเพื่อหาคำตอบ
I said, “I hear both sides clearly.”
ฉันพูดว่า “ฉันฟังทั้งสองฝ่ายชัดเจนแล้ว”
Then I asked what each really needed.
แล้วฉันก็ถามว่าจริงๆ แล้วแต่ละคนต้องการอะไร
Friday was about a client promise.

Monday was about enough testing time.

So I said, “What if we tried Saturday?”

That gave one day for testing.
มันให้เวลาวันหนึ่งสำหรับการทดสอบ
And it still kept the client happy.

I asked, “Can we both live with that?”
