Last week, I reviewed a teammate's code.
上周，我审查了队友的代码。
I felt nervous about giving feedback.
我对提反馈感到紧张。
I didn't want to hurt his feelings.
我不想伤害他的感情。
So I asked, "What do you think about this part?"

I also said, "One small suggestion: maybe simplify here."
我还说：“一个小建议：也许这里可以简化。”
He listened and smiled.
他听了，笑了。
He replied, "Good call, let me fix that."
他回答：“好主意，我来修一下。”
I felt relieved.
我感到放心了。
Feedback is about work, not about the person.
反馈是关于工作的，不是关于个人的。
Now I speak more openly.
现在我说得更公开了。
We improve together as a team.
我们团队一起进步。
