Today I fixed a tiny bug in the report.

Nobody clapped or said thank you.

But I saw the numbers line up perfectly.

That felt like a little secret win.

I did not need a medal for it.
我不需要奖牌来证明。
The work itself was enough reward.
工作本身就是奖励。
Small steps still move the whole machine.
小步子也能推动整个机器。
Tomorrow I will fix another small thing.
明天我会再修一个小东西。
I am building my own quiet confidence.
我在建立自己的信心。
That is a win nobody can take away.
这是别人拿不走的胜利。
