Last week, I presented our new plan to the leaders.
पिछले हफ्ते मैंने नेता लोगों के सामने अपनी योजना पेश की।
They asked many hard questions.
उन्होंने कई कठिन सवाल पूछे।
One question was about a mistake we made.
एक सवाल हमारी गलती के बारे में था।
I felt nervous but I stayed honest.
मैं घबराया हुआ था लेकिन मैंने सच बोला।
I said, "The short version is we missed a step."
मैंने कहा, "संक्षेप में, हम एक कदम चूक गए।"
Then I explained why it happened.
फिर मैंने बताया कि ऐसा क्यों हुआ।
One leader asked a tough follow-up.
एक नेता ने कठिन सवाल दोहराया।
I took a breath and said, "Great question."
मैंने साँस ली और कहा, "बहुत अच्छा सवाल।"
I told them how we think about it now.
मैंने उन्हें बताया कि अब हम कैसे सोचते हैं।
For one thing, I said, "Let me come back on that."
एक चीज़ के लिए मैंने कहा, "मैं इस पर बाद में बताऊँगा।"
They respected my honesty.
उन्होंने मेरी ईमानदारी की कद्र की।
We left with a clear plan to fix it.
हम इसे ठीक करने की स्पष्ट योजना के साथ निकले।
