Last week, my colleague asked for a new feature.

I loved the thinking behind her idea.

But right now our focus is on stability.

I said, "I love the thinking behind this."

Then I explained our current priorities clearly.
그리고 현재 우선순위를 분명히 설명했어요.
She asked if we could start next month.
그녀는 다음 달에 시작할 수 있는지 물었어요.
I suggested, "Can we revisit it next quarter?"
저는 "다음 분기에 다시 논의할까요?"라고 제안했어요.
Her face looked a bit disappointed then.
그때 그녀의 얼굴이 조금 실망한 것 같았어요.
But I kept the tone warm and respectful.
하지만 저는 따뜻하고 존중하는 톤을 유지했어요.
I thanked her for sharing the idea.
아이디어를 공유해 줘서 고마워했어요.
We agreed to check again in three months.
우리는 3개월 후에 다시 확인하기로 했어요.
That kept our relationship strong and open.
그렇게 해서 관계를 강하고 열린 상태로 유지했어요.
