Last week, we had a big review.

My boss liked a new plan.

I did not agree with it.

My heart beat fast.

But I stayed calm.

I said, "I see it a little differently."

Then I asked, "Have we considered the cost?"

My boss thought for a moment.

She said I made a good point.

We changed the plan together.

I felt happy and proud.

Pushing back is not rude.
