How I Learned to Give and Take Code Review Feedback

Last week, we reviewed each other's code.

At first, I felt nervous about commenting.

I worried I might sound harsh.

But I tried a softer approach.

I said, "What do you think about this part?"

That made it feel like a chat.

Then my teammate gave me feedback.

She said, "One small suggestion here."

It felt easy to accept.

I replied, "Good call, let me fix that."

No one felt attacked.

We just improved the code together.
