Today my nephew showed me how to build a tower.

He used blocks of different sizes and colors.
Ele usou blocos de tamanhos e cores diferentes.
I tried to make it perfect and straight.
Eu tentei deixá-la perfeita e reta.
He just stacked them, laughing at each wobble.
Ele apenas empilhou, rindo a cada balanço.
His tower fell, but he started again.
A torre dele caiu, mas ele recomeçou.
He didn't worry about doing it right.
Ele não se preocupou em fazer certo.
He just enjoyed the game itself.
Ele apenas aproveitou o jogo em si.
Maybe I can learn that at work.
Talvez eu possa aprender isso no trabalho.
I don't need every task to be perfect.
Não preciso que cada tarefa seja perfeita.
I can try, fail, and laugh too.
Eu posso tentar, falhar e rir também.
Tomorrow I'll bring that spirit to my team.
