We started the project meeting today.
今日、プロジェクトのミーティングを始めた。
I wanted everyone to know the goal.
全員にゴールを知ってほしかった。
I said, "The one thing we want to achieve is…"
「私たちが達成したいことは…」と言った。
Then I paused and looked around.
それから少し止まって、周りを見た。
People seemed to nod slowly.
人々はゆっくりうなずいているようだった。
I asked, "Who owns what?"
「誰が何を担当する？」と尋ねた。
That made things much clearer.
それで、だいぶ明確になった。
By the end, success looked like a shared picture.
終わる頃には、成功のイメージが共有されていた。
Everyone left with a clear job.
全員が明確な役割を持って帰った。
I felt we were on the same page.
同じ方向を向いていると感じた。
