I planted a seed in a small pot.
小さな鉢に種をまいた。
I water it every morning before work.
毎朝、仕事の前に水をやる。
But the soil stays brown and empty.
でも土は茶色のままで、何もない。
My report at work feels the same.
仕事の報告書も同じ感じがする。
I wrote it, but no one read it yet.
書いたけど、まだ誰も読んでいない。
I keep checking my inbox for replies.
返事がないか、受信トレイを何度も見る。
Waiting feels heavy and slow.
待つことは重くて、遅く感じる。
But I remember seeds need time.
でも、種には時間が必要だと分かっている。
Maybe my work is like that too.
私の仕事も同じかもしれない。
I will keep watering, and keep writing.
水をやり続けて、書き続けよう。
One day, something green will show.
いつか、緑の芽が出るだろう。
Until then, I wait with hope.
それまでは、希望を持って待つ。
