Two people on my team had a strong disagreement.
Takımımdaki iki kişi sert bir anlaşmazlık yaşadı.
One wanted to move fast and ship early.
Biri hızlı hareket edip erkenden teslim etmek istedi.
The other wanted to test everything first.
Diğeri her şeyi önce test etmek istedi.
I listened to both sides carefully.

I said, “I hear both sides completely.”

Then I asked, “What if we tried a small test first?”

That way the fast person gets a start.
