I wanted to ask a question today.
오늘 질문 하나 하고 싶었어.
But I didn't raise my hand.
그런데 손을 들지 못했어.
My heart beat fast in my chest.
가슴이 두근거렸어.
I was scared of sounding stupid.
바보처럼 보일까 겁이 났거든.
But the question stayed in my head.
그런데 그 질문이 머릿속에 남았어.
It grew bigger until I spoke.
내가 말할 때까지 점점 커졌어.
Finally I said it out loud.
마침내 큰 소리로 말했어.
My voice was small but clear.
목소리는 작았지만 또렷했어.
People nodded and thanked me.
사람들이 고개를 끄덕이며 고마워했어.
Asking a question is brave.
질문하는 건 용기 있는 일이야.
