I led my first project kickoff last week.
先週、初めてプロジェクトのキックオフを担当しました。
I was a little nervous before the meeting.
会議の前は少し緊張していました。
I wanted everyone to leave with a clear goal.
全員が明確な目標を持って帰ってほしいと思いました。
So I started with: 'The one thing we want to achieve is...'
それで「私たちが達成したい唯一のことは…」と始めました。
I wrote our main goal on the whiteboard.
ホワイトボードに主な目標を書きました。
Then I asked: 'By the end, success looks like what?'
それから「最終的に成功とはどんな姿ですか？」と尋ねました。
People shared their ideas.
みんながアイデアを共有しました。
We agreed on what success means.
成功の意味について合意しました。
Next, we talked about roles.
次に、役割について話し合いました。
I asked: 'Who owns what?'
「誰が何を担当しますか？」と聞きました。
Everyone wrote down their tasks.
全員が自分のタスクを書き出しました。
I felt calm after that.
その後は落ち着きました。
