I almost quit the piano.
Aku hampir berhenti main piano.
My fingers hurt every day.
Jari-jariku sakit setiap hari.
I could not play the right notes.
Aku tidak bisa memainkan not yang benar.
My teacher said I was slow.
Guruku bilang aku lambat.
But my mother smiled at me.
Tapi ibuku tersenyum padaku.
She said, just one more try.
Dia bilang, coba sekali lagi.
So I sat down again.
Jadi aku duduk lagi.
I played the same piece slowly.
Aku memainkan lagu yang sama dengan lambat.
Then something clicked inside.
Lalu sesuatu terasa pas di dalam.
The music felt alive.
Musik itu terasa hidup.
I finished that song.
Aku menyelesaikan lagu itu.
Now I play for my family.
Sekarang aku bermain untuk keluargaku.
