I start with my desk.

The papers are everywhere.
纸堆得到处都是。
I pick up one old note.
我捡起一张旧纸条。
It makes me stop and think.

I put it in the trash.

It feels good to let go.
放手的感觉真好。
I wipe the shelf clean.

Each swipe clears my head too.

My room becomes simpler.

And my mind becomes quieter.

I sit down and just breathe.

The room feels like a new space.
