I had a team meeting today.

My manager suggested a new plan.

I saw it a little differently.

I thought about how to speak up.
Pensei em como falar.
I said, "Fair point, but I see it differently."
Eu disse: "Bom ponto, mas vejo diferente."
I then asked, "Have we considered another option?"
Então perguntei: "Pensamos em outra opção?"
I explained my concern simply.
Expliquei minha preocupação simplesmente.
I said, "I am not sure that holds because..."
Eu disse: "Não tenho certeza se isso se sustenta porque..."
My manager listened carefully.
Meu gerente ouviu com atenção.
We discussed both ideas.
Discutimos ambas as ideias.
It was good to share my view.
Foi bom compartilhar minha opinião.
We found a better path forward.
Encontramos um caminho melhor.
