I get up and walk to the kitchen.

The coffee pot starts its hum.
La cafetera empieza su zumbido.
Warmth grows in my hands.
El calor crece en mis manos.
The rich smell fills the small room.
El aroma rico llena la pequeña habitación.
I watch the steam rise from my cup.
Miro el vapor subir de mi taza.
Each sip feels like a new beginning.
Cada sorbo se siente como un nuevo comienzo.
Thoughts begin to form in my mind.
Los pensamientos empiezan a formarse en mi mente.
I plan my day with care.
Planifico mi día con cuidado.
This morning offers a fresh start.

I feel ready to face things.
