When my first explanation missed, I changed my approach

Yesterday I explained a new process to my team.

At first, they looked confused.

One person asked a simple question.

I knew I had to change my words.

I said, "Let us try another angle."

Then I used a simple example from daily life.

I said, "Imagine it like packing a bag."

That idea made sense to everyone.

I asked, "Does that make it clearer?"

They nodded and smiled.

I felt relieved and a bit proud.

Now I always check for clear understanding.
