It felt strange, but good.

I used to say yes to everything.

That made my days too full.

Now I pick what matters most.

Saying no is not mean.
Decir no no es ser grosero.
It is honest and kind.
Es honesto y amable.
My time is valuable.
Mi tiempo es valioso.
I protect it with a small no.
Lo protejo con un pequeño no.
A clear no helps everyone.
Un no claro ayuda a todos.
Now I have room for my plans.
Ahora tengo espacio para mis planes.
I feel light and ready.
Me siento ligera y lista.
