Last week I joined a new team.

Now I say 'it is in the backlog'.

I also picked up a ticket.
También cogí un ticket.
It felt good to help.

One task was hard.
Una tarea fue difícil.
I said 'that is a blocker for me'.
Dije 'eso es un bloqueo para mí'.
My boss smiled and helped.

Now I feel part of the team.
