First, I wrote the steps to reproduce.

I clicked here, then typed that.

I also wrote what I expected vs what happened.
期待したことと実際のことも書きました。
The developer replied in ten minutes.
開発者は10分で返事をくれました。
She said it shows up when the network is slow.
彼女はネットが遅いときに出ると言いました。
My report saved us a long back-and-forth.
私の報告で長いやり取りを省けました。
Now I always include those two parts.
今はいつもその二つを入れます。
