Yesterday I saw a problem in our work.
어제 나는 우리 작업에서 문제를 발견했어요.
The new feature had a small error.
새 기능에 작은 오류가 있었어요.
My boss wanted to ship it today.
우리 팀장님은 오늘 출시하고 싶어 했어요.
But I was not comfortable shipping yet.
하지만 나는 아직 출시하기가 편하지 않았어요.
I said, "The risk to the user is big."
나는 "사용자에게 미치는 위험이 커요"라고 말했어요.
The error could lose their data.
그 오류는 사용자 데이터를 잃게 할 수 있었어요.
So I asked, "Could we hold one more day?"
그래서 나는 "하루만 더 미룰 수 있을까요?"라고 물었어요.
At first, my boss looked unhappy.
처음에 팀장님은 불만스러워 보였어요.
But I explained the problem clearly.
하지만 나는 문제를 분명하게 설명했어요.
I showed a simple test that failed.

Then she agreed to wait.
그러자 팀장님은 기다리기로 했어요.
We fixed the error in one hour.
우리는 한 시간 만에 오류를 고쳤어요.
