I used to say yes to everything.
मैं पहले हर बात पर हाँ कह देता था।
It made me tired and busy.
इससे मैं थक जाता था और व्यस्त रहता था।
Now I say no more often.
अब मैं अक्सर ना कहता हूँ।
But I say it with love.
लेकिन मैं इसे प्यार से कहता हूँ।
No means I respect my time.
ना का मतलब है मैं अपने समय का सम्मान करता हूँ।
It also means I respect you.
इसका मतलब यह भी है कि मैं आपका सम्मान करता हूँ।
I can help you later, maybe.
मैं आपकी मदद बाद में कर सकता हूँ, शायद।
But not right now, sorry.
लेकिन अभी नहीं, माफ़ करना।
Saying no is not mean.
ना कहना बुरा नहीं है।
It is honest and clear.
यह ईमानदार और स्पष्ट है।
I feel lighter when I refuse.
जब मैं मना करता हूँ तो मैं हल्का महसूस करता हूँ।
My yes becomes more real.
