I planted a small seed in a pot.

Each morning, I check for any change.

But the soil stays flat and brown.

I water it and give it light.

Then I wait again.

This reminds me of my work projects.

I do my part every day.

Results don't come right away.

But growth is happening under the surface.

One day, a tiny green tip will appear.

Until then, I trust the process.
