Two teammates disagreed on the deadline.
두 팀원이 마감일에 대해 의견이 달랐어요.
One wanted to ship early.
한 명은 일찍 출시하길 원했어요.
The other wanted more testing time.
다른 한 명은 더 많은 테스트 시간을 원했어요.
I sat with both to understand.
두 사람과 앉아서 이해하려고 했어요.
I said, "I hear both sides."
저는 "양쪽 의견 모두 이해합니다"라고 말했어요.
Then I asked a question.
그리고 질문을 하나 던졌어요.
"What if we tried a middle option?"
"중간 옵션을 시도해보는 건 어떨까요?"
We could ship part of the work early.
작업의 일부는 일찍 출시하고,
And test the rest more.
나머지는 더 테스트하는 거예요.
Both looked thoughtful.
두 사람 모두 생각에 잠겼어요.
I asked, "Can we both live with that?"
저는 "두 분 다 괜찮으신가요?"라고 물었어요.
They nodded slowly.
그들이 천천히 고개를 끄덕였어요.
