So, I typed a message.
それで、メッセージを打ちました。
I began with "Heads up."
「Heads up」から始めました。
"We have an issue with our checkout."
「決済に問題があります。」
Then I shared what I knew.
それから、分かっていることを共有しました。
"Here is what we know so far."
「これまでの情報です。」
I also told them my next step.
次のステップも伝えました。
"I am looking into it now."
「今、調査しています。」
