I gave my teammate a code review yesterday.

I said, "What do you think about this part?"

I added, "One small suggestion: maybe simplify it."

He looked at the code and nodded.

He replied, "Good call, let me fix that."

I felt happy he took it well.
我很高兴他能接受。
We talked about the fix together.
我们一起讨论了修改方案。
It did not feel personal at all.
这完全没有针对个人的感觉。
I learned to ask questions first.
我学到了先提问再给建议。
That keeps the conversation friendly.
