I just finished a code review with my teammate.
我刚刚和同事做完一次代码审查。
She asked me what I thought about her approach.
她问我觉得她的方法怎么样。
I said, 'One small suggestion: maybe simplify this loop.'

She nodded and said, 'Good call, let me fix that.'
她点点头说：“好主意，我来改一下。”
It felt natural, not like criticism.
感觉很自然，不像是在批评。
I used to worry about hurting feelings.
我以前总担心会伤感情。
Now I just focus on the code, not the person.
现在我只看代码，不看人。
When I receive feedback, I try to listen first.
收到反馈时，我先努力倾听。
Then I say something like, 'That makes sense.'
然后我会说：“有道理。”
It keeps the conversation constructive.
这样对话就一直在建设性的轨道上。
I'm learning that feedback is just help.
我慢慢明白，反馈其实就是帮助。
And help makes the whole team better.
