My teammate reviewed my code today.
Mi compañero revisó mi código hoy.
He found a small bug in my logic.
Encontró un pequeño error en mi lógica.
He said, "What do you think about changing this?"
Dijo: "¿Qué te parece si cambiamos esto?"
Then he added, "One small suggestion — try a loop."
Luego añadió: "Una pequeña sugerencia: prueba con un bucle."
I felt a little defensive at first.
Al principio me sentí un poco a la defensiva.
But I took a breath and looked at his point.
Pero respiré hondo y vi su punto.
His suggestion was better than my code.
Su sugerencia era mejor que mi código.
I replied, "Good call, let me fix that."
Respondí: "Buena idea, déjame arreglarlo."
Then I updated the code and thanked him.
Luego actualicé el código y le agradecí.
The review felt like help, not criticism.

I learned that feedback is for the code.

Not for me as a person.
