I noticed the login page was very slow.

My heart beat fast for a moment.

But I took a deep breath.

I wrote a short message to the team.

I said, "Heads up — we have an issue with login."

Then I added, "Here is what we know so far."

I explained the facts simply.

I did not blame anyone.

I ended with, "I am looking into it now."

The team replied calmly.

No one panicked.

I felt better after sharing the update.
